In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "55atm", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 55atm online gaming platform, operated at 55atm.bet and accessible to eligible users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 55atm platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on 55atm.bet by providing accurate personal information and completing the verification process.
• "Platform" means the 55atm website, mobile-optimised interface, all associated sub-pages, games, betting markets, and services available at 55atm.bet.

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing 55atm from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 55atm or any related platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 55atm, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless written permission has been granted by 55atm management.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

55atm reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Accounts found to be operated by or on behalf of an ineligible person will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 55atm platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 55atm is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all wagers placed and deposits or withdrawals initiated. You must:

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Not share your account with any third party or allow another person to access or operate your account.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 55atm support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

55atm reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its discretion, including where there is reason to believe that information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

All financial transactions on 55atm are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 55atm does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, contact 55atm support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times average 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• 55atm reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for large withdrawal amounts, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated real money balance may be withdrawn.

• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of related winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• 55atm's decision in all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

All wagers placed on 55atm — whether on casino games or sports betting markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed, it cannot be altered, reversed, or cancelled except where 55atm explicitly provides a cash-out or bet modification feature for that specific market.
• 55atm reserves the right to void any wager that was placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds, pricing, or game configuration. In such cases, the original stake is returned to your Real Money Balance.
• For live in-play betting, accepted bets are binding at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Network delays are the responsibility of the player.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is documented in the game information panel.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
• 55atm reserves the right to restrict maximum winnings payable from a single bet or gaming session at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected game abuse or technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55atm platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on 55atm, or registering an account using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided and recovered.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of fraudulent wagering activity in the sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or use 55atm to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing wagers.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward 55atm staff or other users in the live chat or any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the 55atm platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology.

All content on the 55atm platform — including but not limited to the 55atm name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55atm or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to 55atm.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 55atm platform without the prior written consent of 55atm. Unauthorised use of 55atm intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55atm's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55atm shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond the reasonable control of 55atm.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you to wager on particular games or sporting events, regardless of outcome.
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or network operators.

The 55atm platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55atm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

55atm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 55atm.bet/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal information collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Financial transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

• You have provided false, incomplete, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe after request.

Upon closure for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds, voided wagers, and recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to 55atm's discretion and applicable legal requirements.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 55atm holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 55atm, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 55atm will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under 55atm's gaming licence authority. 55atm's decisions on all gaming and account matters, including interpretation of these Terms, are final and binding subject only to the oversight of the applicable licensing authority.

55atm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 55atm platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
